Booked an all-inclusive Hotel, flights and transfers with Exclusive Trips Ltd. The hotel was fine, but when it was time to get our coach transfer to the airport, the coach never turned up. We had to hire a taxi, which cost 50 euros. It was extremely stressful, and we only just got to the airport in time, as our flight was boarding.
On our return we have tried to claim the 50 euros back from Exclusive Trips Ltd. We were asked to provide documentary evidence of the taxi fare, and of the phone calls to the coach company to find out the transfer departure time. All of this was provided, plus email confirmation from the hotel that we were waiting for a considerable time for the coach, and that the hotel had also phoned on our behalf to check on where the coach was.
Despite this wealth of documentary evidence, Exclusive Trips Ltd have so far refused to give a refund of any description.
We cannot recommend this Company.

Booked full package with them, flight departure time was brought forward without any notification made me loose 1 full day of holiday spent on airport waiting for next available flight, no any support regarding transfer from airport to resort due to missing the original time, when complain about it I have been told it's my responsibility but all details including phone number and email address was associated to the Exclusive trips no my personal ones, since then they ignored my emails, I will be escalating it with trading standards and PACT. Please do not use this company!!!

When booking our holiday with this company told the girl we needed to be beside the town and beach of palma nova due to walking difficulties ( I have arthritis my fiancee has fibrosis) she tried to book us into a 18-35 hotel which stated not suitable for families (I'm 54 🤣) that should have been a red flag but we took her at her word she told us it's 30mtr from beach and 250mtr to town. When it's a 20 min walk for us to the town and beaches of palma nova the hotel disgusting mould in bathroom shower leaks all over bathroom floor as screen doesnt work kettle actually sparks when switched on door is brooken and not secure among loads of other things health and safety. We have emailed with no reply phoned customer services who were supposed to phone back within 5 mins that was yesterday and sill nothing. We had to book another hotel ourselves at a cost of another £500 we have now instructed the solicitor to start small claims court summons to get our money back. Ruined our holiday and not worth the stress 😪

Absolutely gobsmacked.

We booked the trip pre covid and finally got out to Salou in a hotel that we settled for as we was fed up of arguing with exclusive as they don’t understand your concerns.

We finally got here and was put on a transfer bus that didn’t know where he was going so we had 5 trips around Barcelona before we actually got the correct road. This in turn made us late to the hotel so there was no food so we hadn’t eaten for nearly 20 hours till breakfast was served.

The hotel we are in was meant to be all inclusive and there is no food option for kids so we have to buy there food costing 30 euros a day.

The place and staff are so nice but they said what we have paid is 400 more than what we should have so I feel exclusive have pocketed this

My advice don’t book thru this company as they don’t have a complaints team it’s just one of the guys in the office that does it.

This company have called me several times about my bookings asking for my card details which I didn’t give them turns out all they were trying to do was withdraw money from my account, Be careful several different companies registered in the same building when you ring up you can either be a tour office a telly Sales Centre and a business opportunity centre personally they just scams all foreigners working in an office
