This fantastic coach company stepped in at the last minute and saved the day for our SEN department to have a rare trip out together on Wednesday March 26th 2025.
We were let down last minute, so we're super happy and relieved that Richard Taylor Travel helped to save our special day!
Dave, our awesome driver was just brilliant! We all couldn't thank him enough for his kindness, patience and friendly approach.

My numerous experiences of using Richard Taylor Coach hire have been first class.
From the initial bookings with Jade and Rachel to the trips themselves with with the drivers.
They are all so professional and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble to sort. It’s definitely top service with a smile. Pick ups are always prompt, and schedules are followed precisely. ( Traffic permitting) Just back from a trip, with driver Gareth. He was great, so pleasant and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Hi Rachel,

Just a quick note to say what a great service we had from your driver, Gerry on 12th July for the trip I had organised to the National Arboretum in Staffordshire.

The vast majority of my party were very elderly and a number had mobility difficulties and were accompanied by wheelchairs or walking frames.

Gerry’s kindness to all passengers and his driving skills were appreciated by all.

Thank you and I very much hope that Gerry will drive for us again one day. He is a credit to your company.

We travelled from a secondary school in Stevenage to Whipsnade zoo. Had a fantastic journey, and our driver Louise was amazing. Thank you so much

This bus company is great!. My son lost his school bus pass on day 2 of starting school. I rang the company late in the afternoon and the lovely lady on the phone confirmed they would check the buses when they arrived back in the depot. The bus pass was found and returned the next morning by the bus driver. This was fabulous service and goes above and beyond as a bus company.
