I have a very bad experience with them for an umrah trip I booked for my mother.
They posted an ad stating the names of the hotels but after reaching Makkah they provided hotel accommodation which was twice the distance.

Warning for all :
They are liars please take care

Very bad experience (Faced it in "Umrah" package).They try to convince you in any means until they get/recieve the money.After that you get to know they are nothing but a "Bunch of Liars". Don't even keep these fellows as an option in any situation for travelling purpose.I trusted them because they are my neighbour's.

Worst Service. Unprofessional. Incompetent. Amateur Staff and Managers. Not up to date. Talk a lot, work little. Uncooperative with customer.

VISA Application is best approached through VFS, who are the official recommended agency by the Consulates. It is a simple process, possible without the need of any incompetent agents.

I needed a simple Visa for Turkey for a 1 month course whicwh was a straight forward process according to VFS, Hyd. I had to go to VFS, Mumbai to get it. Yet Adventure Tours insisted that it was totally unnecessary and that they would do the job from Hyd itself. Then, kept my documents with them for 2 weeks, God knows doing what! And at the end, right when my date of departure was a few days away, they raised their hands saying nothing else could be done and that I had to go myself to Hyderabad Consulate ASAP.
Little did they know, that my address being of Karanataka, my center was in Mumbai and the Consulate in Hyderabad would not oversee it. This simple fact was known to me even 2 weeks earlier when I had met them, and the only reason for taking them was because they were sure of themselves that it was absolutely unnecessary.

They still demand 3000Rs fee, when clealry they not only mislead and wasted time, but cost me the opportunity to travel to Turkey for my course in time - which had to be cancelled as a result. Shameless to ask for their fee, They should be the ones to pay compensation for the loss.
