Be aware of this company. Very rude and obnoxious. It is very sad indeed that someone who sells packages to such a holy place can be so rude over the phone. I had a vaccination question and he started getting threatening and said get lost cause I hadn't book with him. Even though I was intending to book with him. Avoid at all cost, he is a snake oil salesman.

My first hajj trip with my elderly mother, I was recommended by someone who had used them before. Alhamdulilah they lived up to my expectations and more. The hotel locations were prime. Some of the logistical issues were out of their hands due to strict rules by the Hajj Ministry. Regardless they ensured our stay was comfortable and catered to all our needs. The tour guides have very good knowledge of the Hajj rituals, as well as local knowledge if planning any excursions. I’m planning to take my wife next and InshaaAllah I will definitely be using these brothers again.

From the off they were open, honest and clear about their plan including what they could and couldn’t offer, were able to provide intrinsic details months in advance which many others couldn’t. As i've never been on Hajj or Umrah before I was very worried when booking my package. I went to see what packages were on offer with several tour operators. I was travelling with mum, aunty and friend and I was after something which had a good location and a tour guide who would understand my needs, whilst assisting where required with it being my first time.

A family member recommended Albaseerah and when I went to see brother Mahroof out of hours, he invited me to his home and talked me through the package and rituals of Hajj. I spent a few hours with Mahroof and nothing was too much trouble. He was an extremely nice down to earth guy and at that moment I decided I would deffinately be booking with him.

The package I got was at a really competative price and the tour guides brother Mahroof and brother Bashaarat delivered all that was promised and more. They offered guidance when needed whilst concious of every ones individual needs. I couldnt fault them one bit and I had the best 4 weeks of my life in the company of these brothers who im proud to now call my friends.

I would deffinately recommend Albaseerah and would deffinately travel with them again. The locations of both hotels, Makkah and Madina were ideal and within 3-4mins walk of the Haram and Masjid Nabwi.

It truely was a 5 star service/experience and the group size was small so I felt I was treated as an individual rather than a number.

Best of all Albaseerah are a non profit organisation hence all profit goes to the Masjid, hence more reward through Sadaqah for those that book.

Alhamdullah I was blessed to go for Hajj with Albaseerah Travel this year (2018). The experience was absolutely amazing and I am grateful to brothers from Albaseerah for their tireless help and effort in organising and facilitating this excellent journey for us. May Allah (T) reward them.
The accommodation was excellent and the logistics ran very smoothly. Overall the package offered by Albaseerah is amazing value for money and truely a 5 Star service. I would highly recommend anyone intending to go for Hajj to go with Albaseerah Travel.

Second time traveling with Albaseerah. The first was for Umrah (2018) and more recently for Hajj (2019) with my mother. Alhamdulilaah, once again the journey was perfect. The prices were very good; our hotels in Makkah and Medina were excellent and were both walking distance from the masjids. All the logistics were dealt with by the group leaders (Basharat & Maroof), and most importantly they made sure that that the rites of hajj were done strictly according to the Quran and Sunnah. Because of this, the entire journey was stress free. We highly recommend traveling with Albaseerah!

Asalaamwalikum, we attended Hajj by Allah SWT will this year (2018). We wanted to travel with a group that will stick to the Quran and Sunnah and having found Albaseerah MasShAllah they did not let us down. Despite group members having various opinions on fiqh issues Albaseerah did not discriminate, but were there to support everyone regardless of background and as a result we all bonded really well which added to a great experience under such difficult circumstances of Hajj. Myself and my Husband who is a disabled wheelchair user and my brother in law had a great experience and would highly recommend Albaseerah Travel for your Umarah or Hajj package, the main reason being that the brothers (organisers) who will accompany you are the best in this field with many years of experience. They will go out of their way to help you, sometimes you wouldn’t realise some of the things they’ve done for you until you arrive in Makkah and realise had they not done it you would struggle such as phone activation, food vouchers, group discussions etc. O Allah bless the brothers and accept from them and us wal HamduLillah.
