The guy that works here is brilliant. He saw my little lad very nervous to use his own card and buy an ice cream. He followed him back to our table and reassured him, and helped him buy his first ice cream. I've been to giggles a few times and this guy stands out. He always gives everything his 150%, and always has patience of a saint. Giggles are extremely lucky to have him as an employee. ✴️

By far one of the best and cleanest soft plays we’ve ever been too, there’s so much for them to do. I also had beige leggings on and had to follow my toddler round (normally a big mistake) - not here, not one bit of dirt on my knees!! The eating area is cleaned and hoovered in between every session. The staff are so kind and lovely!
We live 50mins away but this will definitely be our new go to soft play. Thank you

My son loves it, been coming for years, he had a fantastic birthday party here and has been to many friends parties too. Staff all lovely and coffee is delicious. I'm sure my son and many others will have lots of happy memories of giggles when they have grown up. Thank you x

Fantastic service, very accommodating. So much to do for them to burn energy off. My daughter was asleep on my lap and one staff in particular, Karma, brought me what I needed so my child could finish her nap in peace. Thank you for the lovely visit while we're visiting from Canada seeing family. A place not to be missed when you've got little ones, we have four!

Been today with the kids wasn't stupidlybusy like most places in the school holidays. It was really clean and all the staff were helpful & pleasant. We had our dinner while we were here. It wasn't expensive and was very nice. I had to pre book on line which was quick & simple.

I'm giving a 4 star after my last visit although my son loves the play area we had a fall which led to a lip bleed (quite alot). The staff was asking if he was ok n gave ice pack, there was no incident book to sign and I had to spend £5 on my card just so I could get him an ice cream, We will be visiting again but remember to have spare change incase of accidents. Lovely play area always clean ❤️💙 we have been back since the incident and my son loves the area

Been twice in the last week with our grandchildren, they loved Giggles Play. We all had lunch there which was very good value for money. The staff were all lovely and everything was very well organised, definitely well worth every penny to see the children having fun and being safe within the unit. Thanks to all at Giggles Play for a great time.

Always immaculately clean! Very friendly staff, great food, great price! Both our boys love coming here! Good area for our 2yo with slides and tunnels and climbing frames so he can have has much fun as the older boy!
