Absolutely fabulous day on our Christmas cruise from Barton Grange, 8 Adults and 9 Children all looked after beautifully by Santa and his elves. Thank you everyone in your team, we loved ringing the bells and singing along to Carols, feeling very festive

My second canal cruise with Kingfisher, last time from Lancaster.

Today I was stuck in horrendous traffic, travelling to Barton Grange, and missed my cruise.

Jacqui, phoned me before the sailing, and I explained I was stuck in traffic and may not get there in time.
They very kindly moved me onto the next cruise, which was an afternoon tea cruise, they also let me have the AT free of charge.

They didn't have to do this, so I must compliment them on their customer service. Way over and above what they needed to do.

Would highly recomend them to anyone wanting to take a canal boat cruise. If I could give 6 stars I would.

We had a beautiful afternoon with Lancaster Canal Boats on the 28th August for Joanne’s birthday. Would recommend a socially distanced canal ride for your bubble with Laura and the crew.

Absolutely fantastic night !!! We did the mamma Mia night it was a great night from getting on ..the food was excellent fish and chips ...and a great atmosphere from start to finish ...we loved it ...will definitely be booking again next year and have recommended to family and friends. Thank you to the staff ..Barry and all the guests especially the choir who were amazing ...best night out !!!

Four of us went on the Kingfisher aqueduct cruise on 21st July. It was wonderful! Can't recommend going on one of these lovely cruises enough. Great trip, gentle, interesting, pretty, comfortable. Perfect! Amy, Mark and Eleanor made it absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

We hired The Kingfisher for my sisters 80th birthday and we had the afternoon tea. There were 36 of us aged from mid 20s to mid 80s. Without exception everyone had a wonderful time. The young ladies serving were really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble they even offered to wrap scones for those who could not manage them on the night. The food was varied and delicious and served nicely. We would certainly recommend The Kingfisher for a special treat.

Just turned did not book it was a dog friendly pub were they stroked the dogs then served food. no sanitation ordered. 2 coffee they took payment waited 15 minutes decided not to wait payed bill found they had taken payment then forgot our order to serve other customers this was 5pm not busy
