We got let down by a taxi company the day before landing at BHX. Called bedworth taxi and they helped us out straight away even with a 2am pickup from the airport... Not the 1st time this company has helped us out. Brilliant service and won't use another company again. Great service and thanks for helping.

Rang Bedworth taxis last week about transporting 6 people to East Midlands airport at 3.30 am . The time wasn’t a problem for them although really early in the morning , they gave me a couple of opinions and were extremely helpful and polite . They were more than happy to help me sort the issues we had at short notice .
We as a family will be using them again with pleasure.

Not the first time I've been let down. Booked a taxi online 3 days prior to travel, received confirmation email and then they don't show up! I even live on the same street as the business! Never again.

Completely ignored my online booking that they had confirmed to me by email and text. Following two phone calls, finally arrived 20 minutes late. Driver was very good but I was still very late for a hospital appointment.
