Great taxi service, but sometimes unable to get through as an answer service kicks in asking you to leave a message, that can be a nuisance as then your unable to speak to someone to book a taxi. But still great service, quick to pick you up from your destination, lovely friendly drivers, some drivers even helps with your shopping by placing it in the boot and taking it to your door.
Can't fault Bargoed taxi, and they've got very reasonable fares just what we need.

they took me to the complete wrong area and added another £10 to my journey cost and they kept taking the longest route possible so i got out the taxi before my destination as i was not paying anymore!!

The taxi drivers are friendly but the man answering the phones is always quite abrupt and a bit rude to be honest, sounds like he cant be bothered. Used this company multiple times so its not a one time instance.

Sorry don't know the young lady driver's name but took me from Oldway House to Caerphilly, she was brilliant, helpful and we had a good laugh on the way. She had tattoos and piercings (never judge a book by the cover)

Called at 6pm and was picked up at 6:10. Phil (I think) the driver so lovely and giving me loads of places to visit (I’m very new the the area) the car was warm and clean. Just an all around good experience from these guys. Would 10000000% use again and really do recommend. Thank you!

Booked for Cardiff airport 2 days in advance for 5.45 pickup in Bargoed. They did not come, no answer when we rang. Helped out by B line who were brilliant! Bargoed Taxis shame on you, after 8 years this was the first fail and it will be the last,

Horrible service, visually blind person requested a taxi. For 10.30pm after waiting a additional 20 mins called the firm back to see if they had even left yet to only be told the taxi had already came and went. There was no notification or even a call to say taxi waiting outside. We call back to say she's blind only to be told we don't do that and hang up the phone. Before you call this firm always check the reviews, we didn't and not a suprise they are a terrible company and the person manning the phones today shouldn't losing this company business. Will never use this company again. Shocking.
