Our driver Jamie was brilliant. Arrived early to pick us up, was so friendly and helpful, and booked us a return journey in an instant. He picked us up again and was prompt and great all around. I've seen bad reviews for this company but our experience with Jamie was five stars.

Used beeline often and never had an issue. Just want to give a shout out to the young lad that drove me tonight. He was super personable and had great chat and vibes. Made my drive home really enjoyable.

B-line really helped us out tonight and we couldn't be more grateful. My 82 year old Dad was stranded for the 2nd time in 2 months by a well-known taxi company who had dropped him off but couldn't pick him up for at least an hour (they didn't tell him any of this when he was dropped off). One call to B-Line and they sent someone straightaway. Thanks especially to Cath in control and Adele his Driver for looking after a very vulnerable and shaken man (and his Daughter on the phone!) Thank you both and God Bless you, we're all so grateful for you xx

Was a regular with Beeline and handy to have direct call from Morrison's but the dispatcher recently over the past few month's has refused to dispatch a taxi a few times causing shopping to defrost and going elsewhere for taxi or calling relatives and as i have a 5 year old with me when I call is frustrating and making us stand around in rain and always the same dispatcher! Best thing to do is NEVER rely on Beeline no thought or consideration for a 5 year old child , i will walk or get a bus first! 👎👎👎👎👎 NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SERVICE ID RATHER CALL RELAY AND THAT'S SAYING SOMETHING.

No help, booked a taxi under from a male. then to see if my taxi can be changed to a different address. Was approached with bad attitude from the call and very un helpful service. Not happy my taxi was never booked and a technique of trying to convince me I never booked. Despite my call history saying different.

Got some serious complaints about beeline tried to get the contact details for the BOSS but they refused to give and told me to ring the office where the issue is so left my details with her to give to the BOSS and 3-4 days later still waiting for a call. Looks like all decisions are being made like where a taxi goes and who gets one and who gets to complain to the BOSS

Amazing! I can’t compare price wise to others but they were cheaper than UBER and got me a car from Rhymney to Cardiff in 15 minutes of booking!

I would like to see them get the ability to take payment over the phone or card functionality in the taxi but overall amazing and they are the ONLY service on google that was actually 24hr that said 24hr

Highly recommend.
