Have visited north Pembrokeshire twice over the last couple of years to walk the coast path. I've relied on the T5 and T11 to get me around. On both visits buses have been consistently on time, virtually without fail, and I must have caught 25+ buses in that time. Drivers are pleasant and friendly. The weekly ticket is phenomenal value.

Went to cardiff to watch rugby and pick up, drop off, driving there- first class! Very happy with our driver Sam and we booked again for June twice! Defo recommend Richard Bros.

I have used the service a few times now while on my holidays. The drivers are very friendly.
I had an issue where I left my purse on the bus, containing my cards and passport I was having a mild panic attack when I rang their offices and the ladies were onto it, the driver found it, they told me to meet the driver. I thanked him.
The staff were amazing.

Wish they would tidy up the signage on their t5 bus stops...no timetables on the t5 stops in cardigan and so poor you don't know which side of the road to catch the bus....also numerous out dated timetables on Internet which need to be deleted and recent versions posted....fed up of going to a bus stop on a time stated on Internet to find out it is incorrect and have to wait an hour for the bus....

Added to this , arrived in Finch sq at 4 only to see the bus I needed for Aber leaving...can't they alter their times so you can connect to the next bus..so 2 of us on the hwest bus missed the aber bus as its schedule to leave at same time as other arrives

Am not happy with the driver if the cardigan to aberystwyth bus today, disabled daughter with two disabled children asked driver to leave ramp up so she could get son in special buggy off the bus he refused lifted it up and started to drive off with disabled child still on the bus freaking out another person in wheelchair had to help my kids why I struggled to get everything refused point blank to even assist absolutely fuming.
