What an awesome trip, fabulous crew and Michelle was an absolute fountain of knowledge. The views from the boat are stunning, seeing beautiful New Quay from the sea is amazing. Then we were blessed to be greeted by a pod of Dolphins, just phenomenal! 2 calves with the zoomies, and around 6 others all came close to say hello, just magical. So much to see the birds, the seals, the jellyfish.. and then the wonderful landscape where the land meets the sea. I did the hour and a half trip on sun catcher and 100% recommend this and definitely will be back. Thank you so much guys for an awesome experience.

Took a private charter on The Dreamcatcher as a group of 8, highly recommended, we had a great trip. The crew was super friendly and very knowledgeable, we also got to meet one of the local sea survey interns who caught a ride with us, he gave a great insight into their work and the dolphins. Yes we did see dolphins and the crew did a great job of spotting them and advising us where to look. The boat was very nice and there were several sets of binoculars to use during the trip. Highly recommend

My partner and I have been coming to New Quay for years now with our children, sometimes 6-8 times a year and constantly use Dolphin Spotting Boat Trips. Established for 70 years and it shows why, from the booking process to actually being on the boats.

The boats themselves are amazing, with a varied choice. The suncatcher is truly something to behold, so smooth and an upper deck with panoramic views of the sea, perfect for spotting dolphins and other marine life. A beautiful vessel.

The dreamcatcher is also a lovely vessel, smaller with a more personal feel to it as you can hire this for a private trip.

Also, the Ermol boats are equally as lovely. Lower down and enable you to get really up close to the wildlife.

All members of the team are fantastic and we consider them as an extended family now. Whether it's the skippers from Jonathan to Dafydd or Chloe, every ride is smooth, courteous to the wildlife, friendly and professional.

The guiding crew are equally as impressive, with knowledge of marine life and locality of this beautiful area also second to none. Whilst you aren't always guaranteed to see the beautiful bottlenose dolphins of ceredigion, you will enjoy the boat trip all the same. I can literally stay on all day when the sun is shining and just soak up the beautiful landscapes, birds and scenery.

If you ever visit New Quay in West Wales, please give these guys a try, you won't be disappointed, I can't speak highly enough of them.

Amazing experience, everyone was super friendly (despite us getting on the wrong boat) Sarah was so knowledgeable and we’ve learned loads, we were lucky enough to see dolphins up close, and loads of amazing jellyfish and birds. Such a fantastic experience and would highly recommend

We went on the Sun catcher. It gave excellent views wherever you chose to sit. Useful to have a toilet on board! We were fortunate enough to see dolphins and seals. Very informative trip - we all learnt a lot! Stunning coastline to see. Get there in plenty of time. Parking was cheapest at the 'beach carpark off water st. -£4 all day. We booked in advance to guarantee a spot on the time we wanted. Highly recommend.

Have taken many of these trips, always a 'must do' activity when we visit New Quay.
Yes, you can spot plenty of dolphins and other wildlife from the beach or harbour wall, but there's nothing like being on the boat and watching them swim past.
The staff are excellent and very welcoming. Also very knowledgeable about the local wildlife.

We didn’t get to see the dolphins, but our children enjoyed the trip! The skipper and his mate were both very informative on the local area, history and the dolphins. Very reasonably priced for two adults and three children. I booked online, which I also found very easy to do. Will definitely be going on a boat trip again, when we next visit!
