Booked santorini 3 adults going 1st May (booked last august) received email from easyjet cancelled the holiday stating contact travel agent. No correspondence from Co op believe they are being taken over and shops only in Blackpool area less than 6 weeks to go absolutely disgusting treatment.
Please reply ASAP I have emailed Co op direct and also customer aervice from am ex employee email given to us.

Booked flights from here got a great deal, and staff have been above and beyond afterwards too. I am usually OK reading and printing but the aftermath of covid had me in there asking them to double check for me. Everyone of them was totally dedicated to helping even as shop was due to close as I ran in last minute , Well done to all the team ?

The service was non existent. When I went to ask for help in getting our boarding passes the shop was closed. There was a sign in the window saying that it was closed due to an electrical fault, this was a lie because the Formby office had also closed permanently. I will never book a holiday through Co-op travel again
