Super friendly and super helpful! Nothing too much trouble for manager Jo and Kyle, Jo even came in on her day off to do a second viewing when my parents were visiting… She helped us secure our new home, great communication with us and the vendor making it easier… The financial arm of John Francis weren’t so efficient, failing to return a call and failing to keep a phone appointment Kyle had set up 🙄 so well done to you two in Aberaeron for always going the extra mile

Moving House is supposedly one of the most stressful occasions ... Well far from it when you use this incredible estate agent! I cannot recommend highly enough the care, professional, help and most of all the 'human touch' both Serena and Ben displayed in their customer service.
