60's and 70's Boogie Weekend in Largs was brilliant. Willowbank Hotel is a wee bit dated but our rooms were perfect for a 2 night stay, the food was great and the staff were amazing. The entertainer kept us singing, dancing and laughing the whole weekend.

Far too many pick ups/ drop offs. We had to go EK then Paisley then Glasgow then Cumb. Adds about 2 hours to your journey. Obviously trying to fill your bus but you need to sort this out. We left Blackpool at 3.15 today it’s now 8pm and we’re only at Ek. Not good enough. I reckon it will be 9.30/10pm before we get to Cumb. Can’t fault the drivers they are brilliant but owners need to sort. Put me off going back with Breaks 2 go. Seriously consider another option as 6.5 hour journey awful

Review of Breaks2Go Coach Trip to St. Patrick’s Day in Letterkenny

1. Driver – Gordon
Gordon was exceptional throughout the trip. He handled everything with great professionalism, especially assisting my mum and other passengers who had walking aids. He went out of his way to ensure we were near a lift on the ferry, which anyone familiar with ferry travel knows is essential for those needing help with stairs.

Despite some passengers being quite unreasonable with their requests and confronting him publicly, Gordon managed the situation calmly and professionally, ensuring the journey remained smooth for everyone.

2. Clanree Hotel
The Clanree Hotel was beautiful—very clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. However, the bar, which is open to the public, was very busy. As a hotel guest, it was difficult to get a seat, and the entertainment didn’t start until 10:30 or 11:00 pm, which was quite late.

3. Food
While the food served in the bar looked appetizing, the food provided for our group was disappointing. It was clear that most of the plates were returned with barely touched food, which should have been a clear indication of the quality. Some passengers even opted not to come down for meals because of how poor the food was.

On a positive note, breakfast was good and well-prepared.

Overall
The trip was well-organized, and Gordon’s professionalism stood out. However, improvements in the group dining experience at the hotel would have made the experience much better.

Firstly I have no experience of breaks to go holidays. My mum used to organise trips for her Tuesday Club. She always said they were brilliant holidays run by an extremely competent professional company. My mum organised a trip to Blackpool recently before she passed away. 4 people pulled out and breaks to go gave the refund straight back to my mum's estate. Something they did not need to do. This is an outstanding gesture and one which has touched our hearts. I would personally like to thank breaks to go for looking after the Tuesday Club and my mum. And would like to thank all staff for the care they take with there customers. And would like to wish them every success going forward. It's not everyday we get to praise people for going above and beyond. Yours faithfully the Bruce family
