I would like to say a big thank you to you Lynn for organising such a memorable Escape to India from west London.
Every day was a new experience, from an exotic creature to exotic cuisine, a true adventure.
The lodge accommodation was so very well selected and to have chef Vijaylaxmi, fourth in the Masterchef of India TV programme, preparing such delicious food was the icing on the cake, or should I say chapatti. Lynn even arranged for Vijaylaxmi to give us an Indian cookery demonstration.
The lodge and safari staff are so polite, attentive, calm and considerate, nothing is too much trouble or a problem for them. The safari guides had such in-depth knowledge of the terrain and wildlife of the National Parks that we saw everything that we had hoped to see.
It was such a pleasure having Lynn there with us for the whole journey, filling us with her enthusiasm and sheer joy for the country, it’s people and it’s wildlife. Lynn’s planning of the whole trip was meticulous I could not fault it.
I now understand her deep feelings for tigers. Having such a serene, majestic creature gazing into your eyes for even a short moment in time is a magical experience.
If you are planning an Escape to India, I could not recommend Escape to India more highly.
