Should be called One Star taxis. Wouldn’t use again. The drivers themselves were friendly but when you book a taxi for a certain time (2 hours in advance) you don’t expect it to arrive 30 mins after the time it was arranged for.

The driver was really friendly. Sadly we didn’t understand his accent but he did his best to make us feel comfortable.
We are thankful because it was the only taxi available to take us to Blackness Castle from Linlithgow and it was for a very good price.

Terrible company, avoid like the plague!!!
Booked a taxi 45min in advance...car arrived 10mins late. I had luggage and there was almost no space in the boot , the cars taxi sign off the roof taking up most of the space! The interior of the car was also filthy
I was travelling from linlithgow to falkirk...we hit 45mph on the motorway and around 20mph everywhere else with the driver weaving all over the road as he was too busy taking calls on his phone. When we arrived he tried to charge me 26 pounds (17/18 most other companies)
I told him we would call it 20 for the inconvenience and he floored it trying to abduct me!
Creepy English driver...seriously do not use!

This is the first ever google review I’ve written for any company but felt strongly about my experience I had to share. If I could rate this zero stars, I would. The driver was using his phone while driving and the car itself was not clean, not the kind of experience you want from a taxi. What I am really upset about is that the driver took advantage of the fact that I was in a rush, and decided to charge me extra (I was paying by card), without asking and also tried to conceal the amount from me. What is ironic is that had he not done that, I would have tipped him and would have overlooked the other things given that he managed to get me where I needed to be on time. However, instead, I am left feeling like they cheated me and it does not say much for their morals - I would strongly advise anyone against using this service!

Booked taxis 10 mins in advance of when train was due to arrive at 9pm. By 10 past there was no taxi so phoned for an update. Was initially told it would be further 10/15 minutes, I queried this as was already 10 mins late. Then they said taxi would be there at 9:15. At 9:30pm there was no taxi so phoned again and I was told the taxi was in grangemouth with 2 stops to make?!! Awful service, left waiting in the cold and rain, not advised of any delays when booking. Unprofessional and unacceptable service - would not recommend at all

Initially I was sceptical about the punctuality but turned out the driver was on time at 5.50am in the morning! I called 10 minutes before arrival at the train station and he picked up the call telling he was ready. Should definitely trust this company. Good job!
