Edward arranged our two city trip to Rome and Venice. I can't fault the service he provided. Every step of the journey was planned to our exact requirements and the mobile app provided was an excellent tool. His step by step guide was invaluable which enabled us to move from one city to the other with total ease. Terrible service, holiday cancelled due to easyJet cancelling flights. Orbis very slow to refund, emails not answered, took 4 weeks to get refund, after 6 phone calls.
