Would give zero stars if I could. I've booked with different hays travel branches over the years and never had a problem. This one however is an absolute nightmare. We booked disneyland last year to go this March. Michael who is an ex employee who we booked this holiday with assured us flights hotel baggage and transfers was in with the package we booked. However when we got to Manchester airport there was no bags booked onto our flight. We had to pay heart £200 for bags to paris and back. We tried to not let this bother us and wanted to enjoy our sons first trip to disneyland however we get to Paris and find there's no transfers on the booking!! Which was another £100. I rang up and asked what is going on as this isn't my first holiday and Michael told us it was a complete package. Hence why we booked it. I have never been on a holiday without luggage and transfers especially now I have a toddler. More stress than needed. I delt with someone in the office who wasn't helpful atall and pretty much said it was my own fault for not booking. When I've tried to take this further they have said as Michael is an ex employee and deal was discussed with him over the phone there is no proof or what he said therfore I am wrong. The implication that I am lying about what is discussed at time of booking. Lying about that would be no benefit to me. Especially travellings eith a toddler. Its a disgraceful way to treat loyal customers. Safe to say I will never use this brach again.

Recently back from Disneyland Paris apparently we booked a holiday with a toddler with no luggage and no transfers staff member no longer works here so told no proof of the package we booked aside from Facebook advertisement although I was told on the phone transfers and luggage we’re part of the package. Staff here have been accusatory, no empathetic , not interested at all. Travelled with hays over 6 years numerous trips and this one was Diabolical.

Im never going to book with these again. Staff were unhelpful and actually blocked me from commenting on their facebook page. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great staff very friendly not pushy they know there stuff and honest even if it's little negative there still honest about hotel facilities and locations we just had great holiday start to finish would recommend the fast tag at this stage airports are not as bad as press and media make out thank you all the staff we will be back ? ?
