Absolutely fantastic! We went on this October 2021 and went to Glenfinnan via Fort William. Booked breakfast and dinner and it was wonderful - definitely worth the money as food was delicious 😋. Great experience and can't recommend it enough!

If you like older trains steam and diesel, the nostalgia of older carriages with great scenery you won't be disappointed.
Some of these trips do pick up from 430am and drop back at 1130pm.
There is outside catering company now that do the food. Quality looks good but is more expensive

I'VE REALLY ENJOYED THESE 😉 LAST TRAIN TRIPS ON THEIR MKI TRAIN WITH VARIOUS STEAM AND DEISLE LOCOMOTIVES, HOPE THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO CONTINUE WITH THE TRIPS NOW THAT EVERYTHING IS BACK TO NORMAL AFTER THE COVID AND STRIKES WHICH HAVE CAUSED CANCELLATION OF THE TRIPS.
