Charge extravagant prices to students on holidays and don't accept the concession card. It should be free for me as a student since I have the youngscot cared but they charged 20 quid since it was a "special service". Should have at least put it on the site or whatever

Very unprofessional !!

I traveled on the Scottish CityLink bus service today from Inverness to Edinburgh at 19:24 from Inverness. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I approached the driver to load my luggage, he asked me to load it myself while he continued to handle the luggage of passengers behind me. I complied politely and didn't make a fuss as I was tired and just wanted to get home. However, when we approached Edinburgh, I requested to get off at Queensferry street, which was the listed stop and closer to my connecting transport since it was already past 23:00 hrs. The driver refused to help us offload our luggage, and instead, instructed us to go to the depot to offload it. We patiently sat down and continued our journey to the terminus. However, when we arrived at the terminus, the driver picked up our luggage and tossed it on the ground before proceeding to handle other passengers' luggage. As a person from southeast Asia, this experience was very unpleasant, and it was disheartening to receive such treatment in a beautiful city like Scotland where everyone else has been kind to me. It left me feeling shattered.

Driver saw us waiting to get on, he just shut the doors and refused to acknowledge us, then proceeded to depart EARLY with a mostly empty bus. I understand wanting to leave on time, but departing early when passengers are waiting, alone at night in the station, is just plain rude. Unacceptable service. Will use Scotrail next time.

Very disappointed!! Staff very unhelpful! We had a bus to Dundee at 8:00 and were in the station early at 1:00. They refused to change our trip to earlier one, however many buses departed with so many empty seats and we said we will pay the extra price of the ticket. They insisted to pay plus fees approximately as same as the ticket price!

The staff member we spoke with was extremely rude, very unhelpful and not understanding at all. Megabus and Citylink just blame each other for problems. I think the Citylink needs to invest on customer service training courses for their staff or revise their recruitment process. Can't think of anything positive to say.

Very expensive and with terrible customer service. They’ll respond quickly but will be completely unhelpful! Use Citylink if you have no other choice.
The one star I put is for the drivers that are usually very nice, especially in the highlands.
