Currency scam! Do not get currency from here! Online had issues and I was not able to select a click and collect. Had to call for an order and got scammed because of an online error! Avoid! Unless U want to get scammed!

Pretty poor , woman gave me a quote for 2 weeks in Florida flying from Edinburgh and it came to £4500 , I did the whole trip that included Toronto,Tucson and 12 days in Orlando for £3551 flying from Edinburgh and hotel in Orlando , if you want to save do it yourself

Our holiday has been a nightmare from start to finish due to very very poor service, total incompetence throughout our booking from start to finish, (boarding passes, car hire, booking seats)every aspect of our booking has been a disaster, and Hays at the Gyle Edinburgh’s assistant manager is not accepting responsibility for their mistakes, but as a goodwill gesture is offering a discount for our next booking! Talk about adding insult to injury.

Thank you so much to Jess at the Gyle branch. After a horrible experience with Barhead travel and having to cancel our Jamaican wedding, Jess reached out to me to see how she could help. We visited Jess today and she booked us our dream honeymoon which has more than made up for our disappointment with Barhead travel. Jess was kind, patient and went the extra mile to book our honeymoon in the Maldives and we will forever be grateful for all her help.

Very poor customer service from more than one customer service agent in the last month regarding my family’s trip to Euro Disney. The lack of clear and concise information, along with untruths lef me to suffer undue stress which has now led me to cancelling my holiday.
Hays travel are now charging me a cancellation fee for my park tickets even though they themselves have admitted to me twice in last month to not having paying the third party agency for the park tickets as of yet, bearing in mind they charged me for said tickets more than 3 months ago.

Very very poor service since Gaynor moved on to pastures new.

The money card app not showing the boxes to input info asked for keeps saying 1st time and send a code for 1st time access but box not viable to enter code as usual phone help useless no answer after being on for 40 mins
