Adventure Aviation provides an incredible flying experience. I did a two hour flight towards the west coast. It was so unique to see the mountains and water from above. Sim, the pilot has amazing knowledge of the local area and geography - he pointed out individual mountains, islands and landmarks as we flew over them. It was my first time flying in a smaller plane and I cannot wait to do it again.

Brilliant flying school. The instructors (Colin and Sim) have a lot of patience and explain everything in detail whilst making learning to fly fun and enjoyable.

Adventure Aviation Flight Training has a young fleet of aircraft to choose from and is a great place to learn the skills required to get one's wings.

The training facility is very impressive, probably the best in Scotland.

I have just gained my pilots license with Adventure Aviation. From start to finish I have had the best experience. Colin and Sim the instructors are very experienced, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The facilities are excellent and the aircraft are top notch. I'm now also part of a syndicate there so get to fly regularly. If you want the best place in Scotland for a flight experience or training for pilots licence "This is it".

I had an amazing one-hour flying experience over St Andrews and the Forth Bridges. Sim was an excellent and professional instructor who gave a very informative lesson prior to takeoff, explained all of the processes as we went through them, and was patient as I attempted to control the plane in the air. Very highly recommended to all!

I had an amazing 1-hour flight experience with Adventure Aviation. My instructor, Sim, was fantastic – really friendly, professional, and informative. He gave a great overview of the aircraft, explained the controls clearly, and talked me through the route we’d be taking.

We flew over the Forth Bridges and along the Fife coast – the views were absolutely stunning. I got to take control of the aircraft myself, which was such a buzz!

It was an unforgettable experience, and I’d definitely highly recommend Adventure Aviation to anyone thinking about giving it a go – whether for yourself or as a gift for someone.

My husband had a flying experience with Adventure Aviation and absolutely loved it. On arrival we were introduced to Sim and Colin, and he was taken through the flight route. He was then taken to the microlight he would be flying in, and given some information. He then set off with Sim, for his experience. The knowledge and expertise of Sim was brilliant, and he accommodated my husbands interests around the flight and the microlight itself, creating a more tailored experience.
Highly recommend! I think I’ll be back to do the experience myself.
