21 of us, novices in the main, and our 3 instructors were extremely patient, good humoured and knowledgeable. We had a fabulous time, they took loads of photos and most thrilling of all - we got to see an osprey fishing above us. Can't recommend them enough

As a wildlife educator in Connecticut, who gives around 100 talks a year on a variety of wildlife species, including the North American Beaver, I was particularly interested in Beyond Adventures "Beaver Safari" but, alas, all tours were booked on my free days in Autumn. The reintroduction of Beavers in the UK is phenomenal and proof that this Keystone species is a valuable engineer of wildlife habitats and environments.

So Jules arranged a private tour for me and it was fabulous. Peter, our guide, was delightful, engaging and knowledgeable. We saw two Beavers and had a spectacular evening paddling the River Tay.

This is a company that does it all on Scottish waterways.

We had an incredible SUP experience on the River Tay at the end of July 2023. There was 11 of us with mixed abilities (and ages) as part of an hen do and everyone loved it! Will and Kiran were brilliant fun and gave clear and precise instructions and guidance. Even some history and fun facts about the area. They were super supportive and considerate of everyone and made the experience for us! Couldn’t recommend more - I know for sure we will be back!

We hired MTB bikes from the Beyond Adventure team. Fantastic experience - they were really supportive in providing equipment and route plan tailored to our needs. Great team, would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant friendly and knowledgeable team, we hired 4 bikes for a half day (2 adults and 2 children) They provided us with everything we needed, and gave us options of good cycle routes to take. On our return they also provided us with a map and information on how to spot the beavers on the river. Our kids are keen to go back and do some river adventures in the spring.

We had a fab time on our River Spey trip in September 2022. Being able to pack your barrel and jump straight back into the canoes to get going in the morning definitely outweighs any discomfort of camping with no facilities!
Mark, our guide, made amazing food and is clearly a seasoned pro in the great outdoors. The lunches are like a ‘Mary Poppins’ bag of all things yummy!
There were a number of issues with river levels and wind conditions which meant changes to the planned route but at the end of the trip we had paddled every day, mostly on the river but with an unexpected day on a loch high up in the Cairngorms.
Having not done a multi day paddling trip before, we have nothing to compare it to, but we had a great time.

Sam was an amazing guide. We were beginners and she helped make the day fantastic. Everything was seemless, Sam was there for all technical and local background questions we had and the views were amazing in this beautiful part of the Highlands. Also, thanks for the lunch suggestion! 🙂
