Yet another Eastern Airways flight cancellation, Raymond turned up at the airport and drove me all the way down to Aberdeen airport. What a pleasure it was getting the craic with him about old cars, Dounreay days and folk we both knew. He saved the day as I made it onto my flight from Aberdeen to Stavanger. A true gentleman and a safe steady drive in what can only be described as horrendous torrential rain along the A96. Thanks for that Raymond.

On the 11th August phoned for a taxi from my home in Tolbooth Lane to McGregor Vet in Wick. As I suffer mobility issues my son went to the vet with my ill cat. He had to leave Simba there so he just walked back to my home. When the return journey was needed I went too as my poor Simba was very ill and no hope of recovery. My son phoned Miller Cabs to arrange another taxi. The person who answered was very nasty and full of attitude. She said to him the taxi had already took his Mum to the vet and why wanted to know how | got back. My son told her that it was him that went in the taxi not me she was very aggressive in her manner. He told her that my poor Simba was dying and that was why I was going as well. She snapped that it would be 15-20 minutes. My son just hung the phone up. So thanks Miller Taxis for making the passing of my poor pet an even more tense day. The woman on the phone was so nasty in her manner and how she spoke to my son. Have used your company in the past but never again. Think you should teach your phone people to be taught how to be considerate and helpful to your customers. Also treating people with respect when they do not know the situation happening. Very disappointed and upset on what was a emotional day.

Pre booked a collection from Portland Arms to The Blends for 11pm on a Tuesday. It's now pouring with rain, and they're not answering the phone. There is no sign of anyone. How am I supposed to get four people back to the hotel in the middle of the night? They have all my contact details (number, where I'm being picked up from and dropped to) they could've called if there was a problem. It's now 11.30pm...
... after pushing post, the taxi arrived. Delayed due to previous customer. It wouldn't be hard to get a message to me to say 'running late'. Not impressed.

So this company bought a replacement engine 1.8 Tdci for one of there taxis it was sent tracked, it was signed by James miller at the address they requested it to be, on the 30th June 2022, then on the 13th July they told there bank they have not received the engine and did a charge back for item not received. At this point we tried to make contact there was no responses to any emails, we supplied tracking to there bank. Showing it was delivered and was told they would be refunding there customer, at this point I took it to the small claims court. Low and behold once they got the court papers they where on the phone. First off stating they did the charge back before it was delivered tracking and banking docs prove different. Any way I said pay the money and I will close the court case, they said they would. No payment came so the court ruled in our favour as they did not respond the the court. On the 9th September 2022 and they where ordered to pay the amount and costs then on the 4th October 2022 they finally paid the original amount not the Costs and interest bare in mind they have had the engine 4 months at this time and we had no money for it ( how much has a taxi made in 4 months ) they still owe us over Β£350 and now have a CCJ in there name that will only go away once paid.. if not paid we will send in the bailiffs my pet hate is people trying to scam genuine hard working company’s say away from this company

So I call them at 6pm for a taxi, to which a woman apologetically replies, "I'm sorry it's going to be 30 minutes". 40 minutes later, still no taxi. So call them them up for an ETA. A man replies with "it'll be 20 minutes". Waiting 1 hour for a taxi seems a little unreasonable, so I told him I'd booked it 40 minutes ago. To which he said "You didn't talk to me". This conversation seemed to be going downhill. I replied "No, I spoke to a woman". Reply: "You didn't speak to my wife either". Shortly later, I started walking the 3 miles to town...
