Have used Tui in the past and everyone couldn't be any more helpful. This time it was Hazel that helped me. Had a choice of 2 countries I was considering so she went more into detail with them both. After being explained everything I made my decision so she also advised on day trips and excursions while out there. I spent around 2 hours there while she explained every little detail and was never felt rushed and on the spot to just agree with things
