Always a pleasure to use Mercury Claire is always on the ball drivers name and reg sent over before pick up and even pick up at 03.00in the morning we knew the drivers name and reg and driver waiting ready . Highly recommend Claire and the team at mercury pity there is not 6 stars used several times never let me down and will always use them.

Brian and Claire have so much knowledge of their area and beyond, really bought the tour of Liverpool and the Beatles early years to life.

We've just had the most wonderful Liverpool tour with this fantastic company. Planned a while back, Claire was really attentive to the needs of our group on celebrating my wife's 60th birthday with responsive communication and not only suggestions for food and drink, but sorting the reservations as well. On the day we were transported in comfortable vehicles and Brian's knowledge was mind blowing and entertaining. If you want a tour of Liverpool or any transportation while there, I can't recommend them more highly!

This company really have great customer service at the heart of what they deliver. We had 2 x 8 seater cars collect us from Manchester. This wasn’t any old taxi pick up as and when a car was available, but a personalised booking, met in the arrivals by Brian, helped with luggage and offered refreshments once settled in the gorgeous car. This service just doesn’t compare to anything we have booked before!

Just recently had a fantastic tour of all the Liverpool highlights including the Fab Four tour.
Brian and Wife mega informative, very relaxed and could not have done enough to look after us, going far and beyond any other tour I have been on.
Surely the best minibus tour in Liverpool.

Used Mercury for the first time last night to transport our band to a gig in Skelmersdale from Liverpool and returning; couldn't have been better, Brian the driver was first class, helped us with gear and was accommodating dropping people back, totally recommended and we will definitely call on them again, booking and arranging matched how good the travel was, thank you?

Used Mercury for the 1st time today to attend a family meal in Formby for mums 80th.
Mini bus was very clean & smelt fresh,drivers are friendly polite & helpful.
They offer a reliable efficient service at reasonable prices.
If we need transport in the future will definately call them & recommend to anyone
