We did an e-bike tour of the highlands with Johan and it was amazing!! Johan had great communication and organized pick up and drop off from our hotel in Edinburgh, which was really nice. The bikes themselves were in great condition- you could really tell he takes great care of each bike. The bike loop is really beautiful, with great views and nice trails with minimal people on them.

Really happy we chose this instead of a large tour bus all day.. Johan still brings you to feed the coos!

An absolute must for those wanting to see the gorgeous sights in and around Edinburgh! Johan is an amazing guide and just a nice human to spend a few hours with. Bikes were very easy to operate and the route was 90% bike paths with minimal street crossings. Saw touristy sights while also feeling like locals on beautiful thoroughfares. He gave us great recs for after our tour as well. Thanks again, Johan! See you next time.

It was great working with Johann! He delivered two gravel bikes to our hotel in Edinburgh which we used on a 4-day bikepacking tour. The bikes were in excellent condition with great components and it was a wonderful trip. Johann is very accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend. (A real rarity - the weather was also beautiful the whole time!)

From one bike rental company to another: we had a fantastic experience! Johan was very responsive and helpful, he delivered our two gravel bike rentals and had a great setup, he gauged our sizes perfectly based on the info we gave him and even had the exact same saddle I use at home on my bike (great surprise!) He provided all the necessary accessories like locks, garmin mount, map, pedals, helmets (also very high quality). We enjoyed the gravel riding in the Edinburgh area for 2 days, lots of nice route options! If we’re ever back in the area will rent here again!

Top bikes in top condition. Held up great during long rides and even when I missed a turn and went down a very rocky muddy forest path. They're light-weight, which was great in general and especially when we had to carry them up stairs. Before the trip, I was concerned about breaking down in the middle of nowhere, but these bikes were reliable and dependable companions.
The service is fantastic too, Johann is super helpful, friendly and professional. Pick-up and collection were punctual and pleasant, and we felt like we were in good hands for the bike trip. Now I understand how this is the first business I've seen to have only five-star reviews, will definitely be coming back next year!

Did the Sky to Sea tour with Johann and it was the highlight of my trip to Edinburgh! Johann was a genuine guide with lots of interesting facts to share about the city throughout the tour...on a good day he brings cookies too! I can't wait to come back to Edinburgh and try a longer route. Highly recommend for people looking for moderate exercise and escape from the cliché city activities:)

We had the absolute best time on Johann’s bike tour in Edinburgh! We did a few tours during our trip, and this was easily our favorite. Johnann was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone felt safe while riding. We really enjoyed our time with him - his energy and enthusiasm made the experience both fun and informative. We would absolutely recommend this tour to friends and family. It was such an amazing way to explore Edinburgh and all the nooks and crannies of the city and its history. I can’t recommend this tour enough!
