Fantastic service. Prebooked to ensure availability. Driver turned up on time, was very friendly and professional. Having been let down twice by another local taxi firm in the past week it was a delight to have someone reliable. Will definitely be booking Westhill taxis in future. Thank you!

We used these guys for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic. Booked in advance for our guests and didn’t have to think twice on the day as everyone got where they needed and when. Helpful staff on the phone too, cheers team!

Cowboy outfit. I see from the majority of negative reviews I am not alone in my observations.
The owner is extremelly rude on the phone and I see gets on the defensive from his reply to the reviews posted. Instead of taking feedback on the chin or responding constructively he gets verbally abusive.
I personally will avoid using westhill taxis and the reviews posted back up my decision.

Quoted a completely different price from what was paid on the day, Liam in the office quoted price when booking and resulting fare was triple that. When this was raised with Liam by the driver he lied to our faces saying he had not given a quote, swore and was insulting when he realised he'd been caught out. Different car, fare and who knows what else apparently made it more expensive but none of this was communicated to us when booking, wouldnt have gone otherwise. Shocking service and wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a taxi day before, was told no problem, taxi arrives 10 minutes late. Dispatcher told me that I shouldn't have been told yes because I live 20 minutes away literally have taxis come to collect me from Aberdeen without issue, dispatcher customer service shocking won't be using them again. Driver was great did his best to get me to the airport.

Rude response to my elderly Mum who was trying to book a taxi for her and a friend to attend old people's Christmas party in a few weeks' time. She was given the brush-off in a very brusque way by the female call handler and was left feeling that they couldn't be bothered with such a small trip. Terrible way to treat anyone. A bit of manners cost nothing but clearly these people have none. Avoid.

Took a taxi 2 weeks ago and the driver was great, no issues with him (he wasn't employed by Westhill Taxis, so no credit to them for that). He then emailed me a receipt which I found out ONLY says a payment has been made to someone called X. NO details on showing this is a Taxi receipt etc. The poorest receipt I had ever seen. Not surprisingly my company questioned that "piece of paper". I was offshore and called Westhill Taxi to request a proper receipt. A woman picked up and after I provided her with all details of dates etc, said "you need to call again and speak with the director to check whether you're a real person who has used our taxi. Our receipts have no issues". That was an absolute unnecessary insult. She could simply say: "you need to speak with the director who has access to the details". Only dishonest people immediately assume that other people are trying to cheat too.

Anyway, I sent the "so-called" receipt to them and the director wasn't bothered with any of my points on the original receipt and their insulting behaviour and just sent a scan of a taxi receipt (receiving a proper receipt is also minimum service and I give them no credit for that). This is a problem with some successful businesses and they think they have enough customers and they can treat people as they wish and if someone is not happy with it, let him be. Anyway I've now found a very nice taxi driver and will never use Westhill taxis again. Let pay money to nice people.

This company provided me with an excellent service, taking me to and from the vaccination centre and waited over 1 1/2 hours until I had be3n vaccinated. Due to the length of time, the young driver was so concerned, he contact d the security to ask if I was okay and everything had gone well.

I was so touched by the concern he had shown. The fare charged included all the travelling and the waiting time. I would highly recommend Westhill Taxis for their superb service and care of their customers.
