I grabbed the all trip bus tour and only was able to do the city tour but will go on the botanical tour tomorrow. It was very informative in the narration on the bus and being on top in front, I was able to get some good pictures. I will post more on the other tour tomorrow with the Holyroodhouse tour also. Went on the botanical tour on 4/20/25 and updated the pictures. This part of the tour was the other part of city and was about the botanical garden and ocean front.

We didn’t initially realize you needed to wave down the buses at stops, but once we figured that out, everything ran smoothly. We got 2-day tickets online, which were a great value and a perfect way to get oriented in the city. A special shoutout to Ben, who personally walked us through the mall to help us catch the Britannia tour in time after a traffic delay—fantastic customer service! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Edinburgh.

We have done Edinburgh tour with this company . It was amazing !. We purchased ticket from the street seller . tthough I forgot his name, but he explained us everyeverything very well. Then we got another Staff Kim!!! She was Super !! All the drivers were so welcoming, so polite with us!! I definitely gonna recommend this company .

This was a great informative tour! Only takes around an hour if you don't get off the bus. Visits all the main tourists attractions and you can hop on and off as you please. Complete with headphones for a running commentary.

Many thanks to John who sold us a 48 hour ticket , what a plesant man , we saw him around throughout our stay , always cheerful and ready for a polite chat about our visit.
The drivers equally were pleasent and the two routes were perfect for our stay. As suggested we did stop at the Yacht and the botanical gardens which was well worth the visit.
Note Over 60's get discount with this company .

We bought a 2 day pass, did the route around Edinburgh and then Leith, and even hopped on again to head back towards Princess Street to catch the tram back to the airport

We waited for one and half hours for a bus at stop 10 for Britannia tour. No information on delays and it's an inconvenience with a baby. Drivers were good but i think the process should be improved. We waiting for so long that we had to walk to point 1 and then take the bus. I recommend to try other operators.
