Prentice claim "With over 60 Years Experience, we are well known for providing excellent customer care and reliability, professionalism with quality coaches & drivers." but when we paid for their "excellent customer care" we did not receive it. With ridiculous demands from the drivers (from not allowing use of the curtains to locking the toilet) among other questionable practices, I get the impression that the drivers only care about doing the job with minimum effort which was detrimental to the paying customers.
This was all topped of by our emails of complaint of not receiving all the services being brushed off in favour of their drivers and have received no apology/amendments for the poor service we paid for

Went on a trip to Perth with this company and the driver (Gavin) was amazing, his knowledge of the different area's that we passed was brilliant, was keeping the passengers on the bus up-to-date on what we would be seeing on the different stages up to Perth. This driver is a great Ambassador for this company. Will definitely book this company again.

I've just returned from an Eclipse coach tour to Liverpool where one of your coaches was used and also one of your drivers. I was surprised to read some of the adverse reviews about some of your drivers on your website. I can assure you that our driver, Mark Melrose, was excellent. While he was professional in his role as coach driver he was also extremely helpful and friendly towards the passengers and couldn't do enough for everyone.

No regard for public safety. Just had a driver pull out on myself and another driver just outside Middleton. Obviously a bad junction but as we came round the corner the driver was sitting in the middle of the road, they didn't start to pull out until we had straightened up. Shocking. The pickup in front of me had to swerve round the minibus and I had to slam the brakes on. Could have been a serious accident.

I have no experience with their transport service but after today I'd certainly stay well clear.

This company has been one of the worst coach journeys I have ever been on, when people are paying good money to travel you would expect the bus driver be friendly, polite and generally make it the journey a pleasant experience...well you would expect. Upon arrival our bus driver looked like he was set on making this a very unpleasant trip almost as if that was his job rather than driving. However I was impressed with one thing, and that was the fact that he never changed his frowning face for the whole 12 hour round trip, I'm surprised he didn't trip over his bottom lip whenever he stood up. Now I'm against naming and shaming but he is a Mr and his last name rhymes with "owie" (I chose owie because it is usually used by a child, i thought it was fitting judging how this driver acted...like an overgrown child). If anyone unfortunately gets this bus driver I would like them to be aware that you are in for a fantastic trip full of belittlement and uncomfortableness,

My review might not count for much as I've not physically been on any of the coaches, but they run an excellent school service. No "shenanigans" are tolerated by the kids (no mean feat when you're talking high school darlings), and the service when I receive when calling up to renew my son's bus pass is excellent. I actually find their customer service better than Stagecoach.

Disgusting attitude from driver at Faljirk Wheel car park. Purposely blocked in 8 cars saying they were parked in coach spots. They weren't. They were parked in a multi use car park...level 5. He refused to move when asked politely saying he was on a break of 45 minutes and it was against the law. He would not shift and kept reading his paper. He should never have parked there and blocked us in in the first place. His attitude stunk. Numerous calls to the company and 30 minutes layer he moved. Considered sitting in front of his bus for our picnic so he had a bunch of unhappy late customers to deal with but that would be childish....

Just back from isle of wight with Gavin our driver, what a guy not only is he a brilliant and safe driver but his knowledge was second to none always keeping us well informed and up to date every step of the way .
A credit to your company , hopefully we shall get Gavin on our next tour ,thankyou Gavin .
