My husband and I had a wonderful trike tour today with Gordon, from Dumfries to Carsphairn on the Solway coast! We highly recommend trying a trike tour if you've never done it before. We've both got previous experience of biking, but this was something different for us! Loved it.

Had bought a voucher for my parents for a trip up at Loch Lomond to rekindle old memories of their own bike trips up that way when they were courting young adults. From start to finish the whole process couldn’t have been easier (from booking to the actual trip itself) and my parent’s smiles at the end said it all. Gordon was so accommodating and kind making it extra special for them. Also had the added bonus of beautiful photographs to have as a keepsake of their special trip. Would highly recommend.

In trying to book the tour the contact person Tracey Ferguson could not have been less helpful. Needed several emails to get responses and to this day questions asked have still not been answered. Sixteen emails in the end to get the ride booked. Asked to speak to her on the phone several times without success. Tour itself, the rider was a lovely man but the tour was just not value for money. Expected an hour to an a half tour of Loch Lomond instead go 20 minutes on the trike. Waste of money and very frustrating just trying to get the ride booked. Not forgetting that the first weekend ride possible was 10 weeks and had to pay another £40 on top for a weekend trip.

Got this for my friend mums 80th from her house to her party and she absolutely loved it and was over the moon. Gordon is so friendly and quick response from emails . A big thank you you's done amazing. Would highly recommended
