Absolutely a lovely couple quided us in Whangie and Devils pulpit. They were very heartwarming and made sure we were safe all the time. If you wanna make the best out of your trip to the countryside of Scotland, I honorably recommend to take these people with you☺️

We booked a day tour with Jackie and Pete (Walk Hill and Glen), and it was absolutely fantastic. To our surprise, we were the only ones on the tour that day—no big bus, no large group—just two passionate locals eager to share their love for Scotland. From the beginning, it felt more like a day out with friends than a typical guided tour. Jackie and Pete were incredibly attentive to our interests, creating a relaxed atmosphere where we felt completely comfortable asking questions and engaging in conversation. I highly recommend booking a tour with them—it's a wonderful way to support a family-run business and experience Scotland through the eyes of locals.

I highly recommend this lovely and amazing couple for your Scottish adventure. They had everything planned perfectly, even prepared Halal Scottish breakfast for us (just give them proper notice of your food preferences) and they were so fun and helpful. They were above and beyond expectations, and always went the extra mile to ensure our safety and make our experience memorable.Peter and Jackie, thank you for making this one of my best trips ever. Also, thanks to Peter for lending me your arm while walking on the slippery terrain.

Peter & Jackie are just the best at what they do, from the moment you meet them they make you feel so welcome. We did the 3 loch walk, staying in tents overnight.

It is clear they have dedicated a lot of time to planning as they met all our needs & requirements with ease.

Peter did an excellent job at keeping everyone happy on the walk regardless of the varying levels of speed and Jackie was always in the right place at the right time for us, keeping everything running smoothly in the background.

If you want an all-inclusive Scottish walking tour with amazing people I don't think you'll find better than Peter & Jackie at Walk Hil and Glen.

P.S - The route they take you is stunning, added some photos but I don't think they do it justice, you have to see for yourself!

Had an amazing trip with Peter and Jackie (and their daughter) from Walk Hill and Glenn! They are such lovely people, providing you with all the comforts of a set-up tent, lunch boxes, tasty breakfast and dinners, as well as convenient pick up and drop-off. Peter knew a lot about the area and told stories about Scottish history and culture - just really good conversations all the way through. The walk was quite ambitious, both days around 20 km, but with lots of (tea) breaks, at a calm pace and with not a lot of luggage. They were even flexibel and nice enough to accommodate a spontaneous swim in Loch Lomond and shorter walk on the second day.

All in all, fantastic experience for everyone who wants to experience outdoor Scotland and comes without all the gear and preparation/planning!

Three Lochs Walk

What an experience this was! Absolutely amazing from start to finish!

I would like to thank Jackie & Peter for putting their everything into making our experience special. They are both truly amazing people and their passion for what they do is clear to see.

Peter kept us all entertained while walking and kept me going when I was struggling at times. He is highly knowledgeable in the area so you may learn a thing or two along the way. Jackie worked like a trooper in the background, doing all the hard work setting things up and making sure everything was catered for.

I would highly recommend this all inclusive trip to anyone who likes a good hike, we will be booking up again with them soon!

* I'm not very good at photos but I've added one of the view from where our breakfast was set up of the Arrochar Alps 😍
