Where do we even begin?! We had the absolute *BEST* experience with Wee Scottish Tours on a private tour to the Scottish Highlands — and it turned into one of the most unforgettable days of our lives.

Our incredible guide, Scott, was an absolute legend from start to finish. He didn’t just drive us through the breathtaking landscapes — he brought Scotland to life with stories, history, and local knowledge that made every stop along the way fascinating and fun. His energy, enthusiasm, and passion for his country were infectious, and he truly made the journey feel like an adventure.

But here’s the part that will forever be etched in our hearts: I proposed to my beautiful partner at a stunning lake in Glencoe — and Scott helped me *plan it all perfectly*. He found the most serene, picture-perfect spot right by the water with the Highlands rising in the background. It was like something out of a fairy tale. The 4 of us had a great time: super responsive team (all planned over WhatsApp!) the program was well planned and balanced; great recommendations for distilleries, accommodations, lunches and dinners. A good variety of whiskeys and distilleries; AND of course, an amazing guide Scott! Well articulated (for non native English speakers!), full of energy, anecdotes and jokes; and very patient with us!

In planning our trip to Scotland, we were trying to determine how to best see a few specific sites without having to deal with a tour bus or navigate the roads. Luckily for us we stumbled across Wee Scottish Tours. Kevin was so responsive and made planning this trip as easy as possible. Not only did he handle booking our tickets for a few tours but he added additional sites for us to check out along the way. There was a last minute cancellation with one of the distilleries and he was able to use his contacts to ensure we didn't miss out by making sure we had a great bottle to taste from his private collection and actually introduced us to something we liked even better! We enjoyed Kevin's knowledge, interesting stories and sense of humor. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip and we appreciated his recommendations for how we spent the rest of our time in Edinburgh (one of his recommendations was another highlight of the trip for us). We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a thoughtful and well planned excursion. We're looking for to our next trip with Kevin soon!

Our 2 day Central Highlands and Whisky tasting tour was the highlight of our trip to Scotland. Kevin put together a customized tour for us that was exactly what we wanted. Our tour guide, Will, was delightful. This really is the best way to go whisky tasting. You get to enjoy the view, learn from a great guide and relax by not trying to drive. Absolutely worth it!

A day tour with Kevin is professionally and informatively led. A custom itinerary was organized easily prior to our visit. Personal service was provided throughout the day and adjustments to ensure our enjoyment. The weather was not the greatest on our day out however Kevin shuffled the plan to work through it. A thoughtful guide that gave us a day of site visits and experiences without the crush of crowds. Highly recommend booking with Wee Scottish Tours.

Highly recommend! Kevin's knowledge of the Highlands and his sense of humor made for a fantastic day long excursion. We learned AND laughed a lot. He saw to all the requests of five strong-willed women. He is patient and kind (even when one of us poured a shot his very fine whiskey into her coffee). We booked with Wee Scottish tours and had the most amazing trip Kevin is a fantastic tour guide he is very very knowledge and knows the city and all the routes around the city. I would highly recommend him. To be taken around to all of the sites. We also had a walking tour with Jen she was very animated and provides great tales of all the places we went on over 5 miles of the nooks and cranny’s and main areas of the old town area. If you are ever in Edinburgh book this group!!! Ask Kevin about the Florida family and hello to Kevin’s mum!
