Big thank you Scott Bell at Mercedes Hamilton who made the process of buying my car perfect. He listened, advised and made my decision to purchase easy. I have been to many big companies previously, but this has been my best experience. From contacting Scott about reserving the car, to going to the showroom and meeting the other lovely members of this brilliant team and then picking my car up, all done within 2 days . I was looking to buy an Approved Used Merc and saw a car I liked in Hamilton. I'm based in the South of England, so was reliant on the honesty of staff to provide an assessment of the vehicle. My phone call was answered by Taylor. She was most excellent. Answered all my questions and even sent me a personalised video to address key questions I raised. I decided to travel North to see the car. Taylor was a great host. Showed me the vehicle, remembered the points I was interested in and even laughed at my dad jokes. Taylor pointed out a couple of features no other branches mentioned like free 5 day get your car home insurance. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle but cannot praise Taylor highly enough. I can recommend this outlet without hesitation.
