Do not use. Hamilton branch manager is a complete liar. Submitted paperwork to his boss saying we refused to sign when we were in fact asked to sign nothing on return of the car. After this we have been hit with a £190 bill to hoover the car boot out. Absolute scumbags. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the hassle.

You had plenty of chances to fix this issue. Customer service is atrocious. Now passed to a debt collectors threatening legal fees. Absolute joke. I do not want to do business with a company like this ever again and strongly advise others to do the same. There are many other car hire company's localy who provide a much better service.

I had a car on hire for 5 months due to my own car being in the garage. 4 weeks of this was with europecar and the rest with another company with a much better service, also cheaper for rental.

I would never entertain considering europecar for hire again.

Staff were helpful, nice to receive a brand new van with 8 miles on the clock. Very reasonable and we went with Europcar because Enterprise don't allow a different driver to who is paying for the rental. Well done Europcar.

Thank you to the staff at Europcar Hamilton this morning for making the journey into work on the worst weather day of the year to enable us to pick up a hire car to get us to Gatwick after our flight was cancelled. We appreciate your efforts helping us getting our holiday back on track. Stay safe.

Tell you lies when car will be delivered then car doesn’t show on the day or time given. Call them they just give excuses about transport not arriving etc but they call them self eurocar then they have no new cars or old cars available. Terrible service better just renting a car on your own from elsewhere.

Booked a car online they took my money and went down to pick the car up but low and behold no cars were available.

Sadly just a waste of time and an inconvenience I wouldn’t recommend and would never use again. Be careful using these I’d recommend Enterprise.

There car area seems very sparse and the whole feel was and experience was unprofessional.

Hired a large van - side door couldnt open , the staff knew of this issue !!! , made a 2nd booking online for 8th of december was then told by staff that the branch wasn't open on Sunday , so made a booking to pick the van up on Saturday 7th - Received an email on the morning of Saturday to say sorry that i had cancelled !!!! I never cancelled , i required the van to move house on the Monday !!!!!! , i drove down to the branch and the guy in the office told me they have no vans so they cancelled , i will never use this company again , completely unprofessional organisation , take your booking but wether you get a vehicle is unknown , i wouldn't bother , i went round to Enterprise in Bothwell Road and they provided me with a van no problem

Was supposed to recieve a courtesy car took days to even come after multiple phone calls. Car was handed back phoned hamilton and they told us they were telling the leith branch to collect the car back om the 14th January, it's now the 3rd February and I've been harassed by calls multiple times and now a letter through my door for a car what I don't even have and told hamilton this. Now won't answer the phone to me. Now please give me an answer on why you wee calling leith to collect the car and keep harassing me when you set this up for the boys from leith to collect.

Shocking company booked a week ago for a van to hire for a house move, turned up to collect keys and “sorry none available”. No phone call to let me know I’ve obviously made arrangements for the move and now on the day no van. Still awaiting refund. Avoid this company.
