Had an amazing holiday in Canada and Alaska. Can't fault this company, they were amazing. Part of our trip was cancelled (Rocky Mountaineer), through no fault of theirs. They arranged an extra night in a hotel and also an extra flight. When we arrived home they quickly refunded us for part of our trip. Fantastic customer service 👏.

Recently booked another cruise through Scotland's Cruise Centre. My contact Joanna was excellent throughout the entire booking process. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. Our regular cruise travel consultant Alana, once again was able to pull together all our South America/ Antarctica cruise and travel requirements in a very helpful , professional and and personal way.

We returned to her 10 days later with an enquiry regarding a possible ‘5 night add on’ which we had noticed on a rival cruise agency.

She quickly took our additional request on board and successfully managed to put in place to our satisfaction.

Excellent customer service as always.

Delighted to find a switched on travel consultant after a disappointing encounter with another company we had previously used & recommended!
