My wife & I went there yesterday Sat 23/923 to book a holiday to Melbourne Australia so we can visit our son who we haven't seen for 12 years.
After we said what we wanted all went very well we are pleased with the travel arrangements & the total price.

Lovely welcoming staff, very knowledgeable, and no questions go unanswered. Recently booked a small break to Disney land Paris....wow, bargain! Staying in the park resort at Hotel Cheyenne, flights from Manchester, even a years Disney+

Booked again with Hays Redcar and can't praise this branch enough. Such friendly professional staff are a credit to the brand, just been back today to pick our tickets and Euro's up nothing is too much trouble. Brilliant company to deal with. Trying to sort a short break to Iceland as a surprise 18th birthday present for my grandson, over the course of 3 days had a number of phone calls/help/suggestions and finally booked today. Thanks to Mary the holiday, excursions and insurance all sorted, now we just need the day of departure to hurry up. Mary, thank you so much for all your help ?

We have booked with hays redcar lots of times, all the agents go above and beyond to make sure you get the holiday you want. You are never rushed they talk you though everything, and they all no what they are talking about. We wouldn't book anywhere else. Would highly recommend going to Hays travel Redcar.
