Talk about waking up on the wrong side of the bed
Massively unfriendly, not even a hello my kid got more manners. It’s not a free service , we aren’t asking for favours . Treat people with a modicum of respect

considering it’s a paid for service the least the staff could do there is be even mildly polite . Not act cold and distant towards a 3 year old . You guys simply suck
