NEVER AGAIN.

We hired a mini van from London to Telford, he came on time and we were dropped at the wedding venue. We were shocked to find out that the driver was not aware that he had to drive us back to London.
First of all our driver shouldn’t be driving Manual cause why were we swerving all over the road.
Secondly we had to endure some horrible attitude from our driver who kept saying the van was dirty, but it was literally two items on the floor at the back where the kids were sat, and the journey was not even completed yet. But he started shouting and being rude even after we got a broom to sweep up.
The can wasnt even that clean anyways when we got in.

Overall not a great experience,
And yeah he also kept the windows wild open blowing in our face

Worst company you can imagine. Booked and paid for months in advance. Didn’t turn up. Booked for 12 people to go to Brighton. Sent drivers details few days before event, when we called him 10 mins after he should have picked us up, no answer. No response at all. The only response we got was that they could downgrade to an 8 seater and the other 4 people should find their own way down there, but they would knock £50 off the £700 they had already taken. Couldn’t get a driver because they all wanted to do school runs. No cares at all that they had completely let us down and ruined the start of what was supposed to be a good weekend.
Book them at your own peril if you want. No customer service, no care that they will let you down. Total scumbags.

Absolutely disgusting company!
Booked a minibus to transport my wedding party to the venue in October which I booked back in April 2024. The minibus didn't arrive. Got a story about how the driver had broken down. They then sent two taxis which we had to pay for. After emails and texts back and forth we got £45 refund putting us an additional £80 out of pocket. Absolutely ridiculous company and service. Avoid at all costs!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Completely unreliable. We booked them to take us to Glastonbury for an 8am pickup. My friend confirmed with them several times and was given a driver contact number. No one showed up at 8am and only after calling several times did we find out at 8.15am that they had cancelled the trip. LET ME REPEAT: they cancelled our journey AFTER it was supposed to start and only informed us because we called them so much. Terrible service!!! And the customer service sucked. This left us having to scramble to find a way to Glastonbury when we had already all travelled to a location in Peckham to meet the bus... We had them booked for the way back and we tried to cancel the journey as well because we felt we couldn't trust them and they refused to let us cancel it. THEN LO AND BEHOLD, only because my friend was messaging them repeatedly to confirm they cancelled our return journey the day before. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.

Our driver Les was brilliant. Powered through a long day doing the Three Peaks.

There was a slight complication with the booking but it was all sorted over the phone a couple of days prior.

The absolute worst service provider I have ever encountered. Cancelled a trip ten minutes after they were meant to pick us up, we only found out as we called them. They then refused to cancel our return trip, only again to cancel a few hours before they were meant to arrive. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!!

Just seem like they could care less if anyone turns up. cancelled on the day leaving no time for rearrangements.

Booked a minibus for stag trip, going from Barry to Manchester. Everything went really smoothly, the driver was fab, anything the lads requested he was more than happy to oblige. Fantastic service, one that I will definitely recommend and use again in the future.
