ordered a taxi last minute and will say it arrived quickly in just 10 minutes during rush hour. my name that i had spelt was wrong, the post code was completely wrong and miles away from where i was going, i had to give the very elderly and borderline confused gentleman who was my driver instructions to where i was going. and had to pay £6 for the privilege when i did everything but hit the pedals

I rang for a taxi around about 07:15. The car arrived at 07:25. I was emailed to tell me the car was on the way and again when it arrived. The car was clean and the driver polite and friendly. It’s not the first time I’ve used Hull cars, but I will certainly do so again.

Absolute joke of a company, taxis often late, booked one the night before for 8:10am the next day (i am aware this is peak traffic time hence why i booked well in advance) and at 8:09 i hadn't even had message to say it was on its way, bear in mind i booked this taxi for an important final exam, and due to traffic did book it in plenty of time to get there. I rang the company and the idiot on the end of the phone sounded like he couldnt even be arsed to speak to me and just told me that due to the school run all drivers were busy (not with customers or anything lol, just their personal lives) i informed him i had booked this the night before so why didnt they ensure a driver would be avalible ,as this journey was incredibly important, he clearly couldnt wait for me to be off the phone and didnt even bother checking if there was one free driver anywhere. If you can help it do not use hull cars, i recommend uber, however they do not currently accept pre bookings in hull so i couldnt use one this time, i will be demanding a refund from hull cars to compensate for this awful service and if i miss my exam i will be seeking further action. DO NOT USE

CANCEL YOUR RIDE IF YOU GET MAHMOUD in the blue Skoda Octavia as your driver. He won’t show up and will leave you stranded!!! He accepts ride requests then cancels them and marks you as a no show. He did it to me tonight and he’s done it before. Totally Untrustworthy! Hull cars is awful to be honest. Just use Uber, much more reliable. They actually show up when you need them.

Absolutely crap service twice in one night.
First taxi arrived 20mins late...taxi was booked via app night before...and to top that off the driver had been smoking cannabis and could barley keep his eyes open and couldn't drive straight(this will be reported to police).
That same night taxi was booked 3 hours in advance via the app....the driver couldn't find the address even after him ringing me with a disgusting attitude.
So we was left stranded luckly we managed to get a lift home.
Do not use this company....they have definitely lost a regular customer

I was very impressed with the kindness and concern of the gentleman who drove me back from Morrisons. He could not have taken more care...l am so grateful for his friendliness and thoughtful attention to my needs. This was a perfectly delightful experience. Thankyou. Please give him my compliments.

Sick of been ripped off by different drivers, they have the clock already on before you get seat belt on....found out my driver today hadn't had many jobs so no wonder he charges more!!! Under 6miles charged over £13.60p.....when travelling 6.5miles it cost £12.80p? Ring office and it's like speaking to a Parrott just repeats over and over utter nonsense....no more taxis from there again...lost out on over £60 a week now 35

Was told the taxi was coming straight away, wait outside for it and 25 minutes later I get a text that it's just dispatched with a tracking code that didn't work, got a call after half an HR just to ask if I still wanted the taxi, said yes and they said ok be 12 minutes. The driver had an intense rant about politics the way over that escalated very quickly
