I rented a Suzuki swift for five days, it was new and clean. I asked all the questions beforehand by email, the response from Liv was quick and clear. I brought the document (proof of address) to the depot, register only takes a few minutes, I can get the car in designated time. Price is reasonable. The counter guy and the muscular guy who hand me the keys are pleasant.(forgot to ask their name). The car status document was send to my email in no time once I get the key. When I returned the car, quick to process and get all my deposit back within a day without extra charges. Definitely will rent a car from them again. (Don't know why the others have bad experiences)

Genuinely the best experience I’ve had with regard to renting a vehicle and I must have rented over 100 cars/vans over the years.
I don’t generally write reviews either but these lads deserve a bit of credit! Lower deposit than anywhere I’ve bin and paid before, good choice of vehicles and staff couldn’t do enough to help me get what I wanted. The full thing from walking in to leaving in a car I required can’t have bin longer than 20 mins either. Top lads, top company. 5*

My daughter hired a car for 1 week 10am...rang for exact address at 11....cars been hired out ...first come service,which she was not told ....very poor indeed..

Turned up early morning and was spoken to by a female member of staff who was very unhelpful, and tbh very rude
If it wasn't for another member of staff who was very different indeed and went to great lengths to make sure I was able to leave with a vehicle I would of been in very difficult situation so be warned make sure you are given correct details before turning up as some staff don't care about you not been able to have a vehicle and I had done everything I needed to do as the manager had provided me with the information so I wouldn't be turning up on the day and their be no available vehicle

Car hire fiasco.
Called them yes they had a car to hire.
I got home to pick up the documents they wanted.
On way to them as booked, rang them on way to the depot, they answered and said actually you won't get here in time and bookings end 15 minutes before we close.
So instead of 'Ready Rent A Car' (they weren't).
Instead I contacted Enterprise Vehicle Hire and they were great from the get go.
Fast professional service all the way.

I hire a car every year for my annual summer holiday, the usual car hire company I use are now atrociously expensive - nearly more than the holiday! Decided to use this company due to the reviews. They really are brilliant, straightforward and easy to deal with; I couldn't believe the price, it was incredibly cheap compared to what I have previously paid for car hire - lovely people as well, I definitely will be using them again.
