I had been at A&E and my daughter ordered me a taxi home, the taxi turned up just a plain black car no drive sign on it. I got in and it absolutely stunk awful I wasn’t feeling well and had to have drops in my eyes at hospital so needed to get straight home or else I would’ve got straight out again! The driver and the car were disgustingly dirty and smelly I had to strip my clothes off and wash them as they stunk of it!!!

The drivers from drive are normally great but the one I got today was falling sleet the wheel I had to shout at him and and a driver in red corsa was bobbing him all the way from fiveways roundabout to hull royal

Generally they're great, it was inconvenient at first when they absorbed all the local taxi companies, used to be if one couldn't help another could... but Drive have improved... they're partly why I still have a job lol... and the drivers are really helpful too

Left me stranded at hospital.
The driver didn't follow my instructions & pick up another fare. Disgusting!! I wouldn't care I am disabled & waited 45 minutes.
Picked up by a friend 1 &1/4 hours after my appointment ended.
Do they care? I think not.

Two trips this morning , leaving then going back to my garage . First journey no prob , second journey , internet not working , so paid the driver cash …… now Airpay has charged me again for the second trip this morning …. Taxi office not helpful , they want a screen shot and an e mail …. I used a taxi firm out of necessity …. Never again !!!
But will say the two drivers were very good

All OK with cab only issue is the fare was charged in two parts which my company charge card did not recognise as the full charge on the receipt.
