NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL! PLEASE READ & AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! (Would give 0 stars if that was possible) They had taken a beautiful experience of Umrah for my family and had made it a nightmare
On the 29th December 2023 we paid the deposit of £500 to Hassan so he can secure my family flights as he said 'You can pay the partial amount so I can issue the flights first since they are very volatile' so we agreed and made payment of £500 to the account provided and came to their office on Saturday 6th January 2024 to pay the remaining amount.
After chasing them multiple times to confirm if our package has been booked, on the 10th January at 5:28pm Hassan let us know that the flights we had selected to go with were no longer available. So we asked for a full refund on the same day, 10th January at 17:48pm and informed him will book through another agency.
So Hassan confirmed we would receive our full refund as it was no fault of our own that the flight was no longer available. Please note this conversation was recorded by both the agency and myself which I have listened to
After constant calls, emails and texts asking where our full refund was (which Hassan promised)
Hassan then changed his mind and told us we WILL NOT be receiving a full refund as the visas had already been applied for (which we did not request)
We did not ask Hassan to apply for our visas and nor did he tell us he will be applying for the visas. I told him NOT TO apply for our visas without securing our flights and accommodation first when I first spoke to him. However, he still went ahead and did this and his response was it was too late and there was nothing he could do.
Hassan knew exactly what he was doing! He wanted to charge us for the visas so he can make some money off us, even without our permission! He had all our money in the agency account so he went ahead with applying for the visas without our consent. THIS IS WRONG!
I have been chasing this agency since the 10th of January for my refund.
They have only just issued me a part refund today, but it has been over 9 weeks.
They have deducted £460 from what I have paid them to arrange 5 visas which I did not ask them to arrange for me or my family.
To make matters worse the cost to arrange a visa is £50 which Hassan & his team confirmed to me over the phone. So the cost to arrange 5 visas should be £250 but he charged us £460. I did question him Hassan on why he has overcharged me by £210 but he did not give me a explanation nor did Hassan manager Rohan, Lokman or Marayam.
I really thought things couldn’t get any worse but they really did! They provided us with wrong visas! I would call and email them everyday but they would ignore my requests, CALLS AND EMAILS. They would even put the phone down as soon as they hear my brother voice.
On the 20th February 2024 myself and the family left 5 reviews on google expressing our experience with this agency. As soon my family left this review the agency called my brother on his mobile and offered a part refund for overcharging us for the visas. Please note they only offered us a PART refund because me and my family left reviews on google for everyone to see.
They also BLACKMAILED my brother and told him unless we remove the reviews, they will not issue any refund for overcharging us. I could not believe my eyes! My brother has these emails! So in order to get our refund my brother and my siblings decided to remove all the reviews but I have decided to repost my review on here now we have received the refund so no other family will fall into the same trap we did. They went from never returning our calls or emails to calling and emailing my brother constantly because he left reviews under Google. They have still ended up overcharging my brother by £50 but he no longer has the energy to chase this agency as they have very bad morales
