Unhelpful staff, everything is an issue. Convenient for parking but to be honest in future will go elsewhere and struggle to park rather than going back here.

Every time I use this post office I received good efficient service. I feel they go above and beyond to help. Again this morning after worrying all week about renewal of driving licence. I went it served by a very helpful well mannered lady who had it sorted in moments. Thanks again.

Absolutely excellent service at Thornaby Post Office today! I'd called in to get some information about digital passport renewal and despite it being late in the day and while the staff were busy with day end administration, the gentleman in charge (didn't get his name) assured me that he was happy to sort it for me there and then. So many times nowadays, you'd be asked to come back another time, but not today. I was provided with a first class, professional service which was quick, easy and accurate. The gentleman (and his assistant) were friendly and willing to help. Five star review from me and thank you to two amazing staff!

Went and asked for help, the woman behind the counter wasn't very pleasant at all. Could do with training in customer service and smile wouldn't go a miss.

Shocking experience, I met my friend there who was first in the queue and I was next.

He provided a log book application form and asked to get car tax as well.

The South Asian man behind the counter asked how he would be paying, to which he's replied debit card. He paid for both his log book and car tax, was given a receipt and went on his way.

I went to do the exact the same thing and was told I needed to get an envelope, put the DVLA address on, pay the £25 few by postal order which meant I would have to pay extra and then pay postage.

I left it and went to the Post Office in Stockton-On-Tees town centre.

Like my friend before me I simply paid £25 on my card for the log book and £30 for a years and tax, then was done.

I'll never go back to the Thornaby town centre Post Office again, even though it's closer to where I live.

Shocking experience and I'll be complaining to the Post Office via their website.

Terrible experience with a guy working in the post office. He is very rude and racist. We needed post office services and reached there at 17:26 while it was supposed to be closed at 17:30. He didn’t only refused us but also start curing at us and said that he is not gonna entertain us ever. How do I complain about the guy?

Post Office usually works well as this is also a Convenience store and queue’s are usually only small. This place has been operating for years and is a important part of the community at this part of Thornaby.
