Excellent staff and great stock. A kind, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable team. Bought a pram system and car seat in summer 2024 and collected in the autumn, and couldn’t fault the service we received.

We had been let down by another supplier two weeks before our due date regarding the delivery of our pram and travel system, so we visited W H Watts in the hope to buy a last minute replacement. The staff at W H Watts were amazing, they could not have done more for us. They have fabulous products and their staff are not only very knowledgable but are so helpful and considerate. Thank you so much for all your help - we now have the perfect product for us - we couldn’t have done it without you!

We were served by staff member Charley/Charlie earlier today, who was so friendly and helpful, especially with everything being new to us, was happy to answer all our questions and give us time to decide. Highly recommended place, we felt no pressure when buying and were extremely happy with the service!

We bought a pram and car seat from watts for our first grandchild after spending a lengthy time in store with our daughter, son in law and the very helpful staff. Upon opening the boxes we found a mark on the hood of the carrycot part of the pram and also a mark on the footmuff. I spoke to a member of staff who asked me to email pictures of the marks. The very next day Rachel emailed me back to say they were dealing with our problem and a day later emailed me again to say the replacement products were on their way. One week later I picked up the replacements and the staff inspected them with me to ensure they were perfect. Thankyou watts and Rachel for helping us so swiftly and professionally, we highly recommend your service to everyone.

Highly disappointed with service from this shop, we traveled quite far to go here as had a large variety of prams to view. We purchased a pram which at first I had to beg for then to order in straight away as there 'policy' is so many weeks before due date. I then heard nothing so contacted the shop to ask when it would be in stock.
We collected today and we are dissatisfied with the pram to call and find out ONLY then that they don't accept returns at all unless medical reason. No where did it state this in the shop or on receipt or were we told this when we ordered.
The manager Steph was absolutely down right rude and very unprofessional on the phone I would embarrassed if she was a member of my staff as very unprofessional and rude. All members of staff we have dealt with seem to be very short and have no motivation to help.

Bought a pram set from here which included a car seat and next to me crib. The car seat was dangerous and unsafe and shouldn’t be sold. We have had to spend more money buying another car seat.
