Went with my partner last weekend to look at getting a pram staff extremely unhelpful and not bothered about customers. Looked at a few prams but the staff seemed more bothered about taking about what they did at the weekend rather than helping us. When asked a question about the pram I was looking to buy non of them seemed to know the answer nor did they care. I won’t be coming back to this store any time soon perhaps mamas and papas should try employ staff that actually want to be there and give them proper training on the products they will be selling very unprofessional

Staff are really friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with Debbie in particular, she was so helpful and went over and above to help us, even contacting the car seat manufacturer to check the seat was right for our car. I will definitely go to the store in the future rather than shopping online.

We had a horrible experience at mamas and papas in Teeside park last week. As soon as the staff saw us they tried everything possible to ignore giving us any support and tried their best to ensure they let us know they didn’t want us shopping or even didn’t care if got what we needed. We travelled so far to get here for them to treat us this way it was awful. Even To the point they were acting like they just wanted us to go , I’ve been to a mamas and papas in birstall Leeds and the staff were so nice that I expected to be treated the same but at Teeside park they just have a clique of staff that make you feel like you shouldn’t be there.

Immaculately clean and beautifully presented with a great range of baby stuff..... we visited for the first time and were looking at clothing and car seats. The car seats are grossly overpriced the one we had been looking at was £50 more than everywhere else... says they price match though..... the staff never offered any help or advice and only came over to say we close at 6pm as it was 5.55pm we didn't realise as the retail park in general was 8pm. Clothing was no nicer than next etc but about £4 more an item. Ideal to try seats etc and order online but wouldn't buy from here myself. Felt uncomfortable like we were an inconvenience.

We had been to another pram and baby shop before coming to our appointment which Katie (our personal shopper) knew and she also knew we wanted a pram that they didn't sell. But she still took the time to help us compare with other prams and go through furniture and all the great sales they had on. She gave us plenty of advice from her personal and professional experience which was so helpful to us as first time parents-to-be. Thank you very much Katie!

Absolutely fantastic service, system bought online during lockdown so no help just an instruction leaflet. The assistant noticed a couple of things and went through everything to keep us right and my granddaughter safe, explaining things we hadn't thought of! Excellent service and would definitely recommend this store

Love this place! Cannot praise staff enough I have been eyeing up a set for my baby's room didn't know what I was having so wanted unisex one. One day we went in and set had 50% off so grabbing stuff in my arms very excitedly until it got to the quilt they had no unisex ones left so we asked a lady if they had any more they didn't in store but she went on a mission and went above and beyond to get me that quilt she really made my day and when had my baby we went back in to say thank you. My baby wanted feeding again very helpful they give feeding mothers bottles of water and a private room for you to go which is clean and calming.

Negligent staff. My partner and I tried going a few weeks ago, we were in 20 minutes before closing, no help offered and staff were already starting to lock up and switch everything off.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried going again around midday this time - once more we were totally ignored by the staff who clearly aren't bothered, there was 3 or 4 of them chatting away near the counter, turning a blind eye to customers...

Would give 0 stars if possible.
