This company is not worthy of anybody's custom. They are unreliable don't care about their customers ,they either go to the wrong address, don't turn up at all or send two taxis to the same place. Twice in the last 2 days they have mucked me about, they probably think that by buying out the smaller cab companies they will have the monopoly of customers. Well I won't be using this company again

book taxis and pre book taxis for work. every time the fare gets accepted and is on the way but then it gets passed to someone else that’s even further away from pick up point. Half the time drivers accept fare while they are already running a fare with someone else. Constantly leaving me late for work or appointments. 0 Stars if i could put that.

Pre-booked a taxi for 6 people plus luggage to pick up at 6:30am. Told either 2 cars or a mini bus will arrive. Neither arrived and almost missed our coach. Very unhelpful when calling to see where our taxis were. The only saving grace was the driver once arrived was lovely and made sure we didn’t miss our coach.

Shocking service . Booked 2 taxis night before to pick our 2 granddaughters up for 2 different school runs for 8am. Taxis hadnt arrived by 8.20 after numerous calls been made before then ...just been fobbed off after each call. We had to ring both schools to stay they were going to late. Talking to friends not a very reliable taxi service any more. Absolutely fuming you should just say you can't handle the amount of calls in future we will be using another firm . Shame on you 😡

NEVER on time! We book for certain time (for a reason)and always late! Rude staff on the phones with no people skills! Learn to speak to people politely. When it was owned bu crown we never had a problem! Drivers never know where places are and leave if they can't find it. You really need to look at your overall service
