Booked and paid for a minibus days in advance from Hurworth to stockton for a midnight pick up. Only to get a call 20mins before it was due to say they were sending 3 taxis as there wasn't a minibus available. Midnight arrived no taxis showed. After several phone calls the first one arrived 30 mins late. 50 mins after they were supposed to pick up the 3rd taxi still hadn't arrived. So called them again asking them where it was to be told it would be there soon. When asked how soon was soon I got "what do you think". Shocking attitude and service. Will never use again.

Picked my son up at 8:15 was supposed to be here at 8:10, then drove the long way to Newton Aycliffe...made him late for work, booked over the phone the night before and they didn't even ask the pick up time I had to mention it a few times...be careful using this service. Last time they were spot on wouldn't use again. Disappointed.

Taxi Do not use Billingham cars, Teesside taxi, and another name they use. Can’t take a booking correctly then use the excuse that booking was not available to then be charged double. Absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable. They need to be ashamed of themselves. Booked a minibus, got a taxi but there was 6 of us!!!! No second taxi to honour booking so had to book a taxi which took 30 mins to arrive!!! No minibus available for return but 2 taxi arrived to put cost up. Quoted and paid £33 each way but ended up double the cost. Terrible customer service too. DO NOT USE

Disappointed on this occasion. Normally excellent service from this company, but a booking from Darlington to Stockton turned into a fiasco. I Booked 12 hrs in advance using the app., my friend booked another by phone.My booking was confirmed from Darlington Hippodrome (Clue) for 10.30pm. All fine until my phone went off in the middle of the theatre performance, (very embarrasing for me) so I switched phone off immediately. At the end of the performance I phoned the missed call no. to discover my taxi had been cancelled because I hadn't paid by card. I had nothing to say this was happen as the original booking to pay in the car had been confirmed. I was told that it was OK to pay in the car from Stockton TO Darlington, but card payment required the other direction. They sent me a link to pay, which I went to and followed through with the payment, validated and confirmed by my bank app. A few minutes later I was phoned again to say no payment had been received so cancelled again. This was mirrored by my friend whose car had also been cancelled , had then paid by card then told no payment had been received. We now had 8 pensioners wondering what was going on. After a long time of phone negotiaions the company rep told us that they had had problems 'at their end', and despatched the cars. The rest was fine, cars arrived, phoned to say so, transported us home in decent cars with pleasant drivers.

Robbed me after driver did not show up. Paid through the app £10.70. Said driver was 1 min away and waited half hour but no show!! Cancelled and re orderes but it gave me the same driver again so i cancelled again and walkes home. They have took another £10.80 our if my bank, avoid!!! Scammers!!

STAY AWAY!!!!
Missed my flight and I had to pay 500 euros for a new ticket because of this SCAM company.
Called them and asked if they can be at my location within next 15-30 minutes. They said yes and "confirmed" that the taxi will be at the location I provided in roughly 15 minutes. 45 minutes later and the taxi still didn't arrive, at which point I couldn't possibly make it to the airport in time.
Unfortunate that they seem to be the only taxi service in Durham area "available" in early morning hours. Other taxi services didn't even answer the call.
Also, they are running a tax fraud. I used their services to get from Teesside airport to Durham two weeks prior (they were half hour late but at least they showed up) and they REFUSED to provide me a receipt. So, good luck claiming expenses if you are traveling for business.

Used these for a while now but the last few time been nothing but trouble. Booked on the app and paid £5.70 driver never showed phoned twice and they said he was on the way. Then my ride was cancelled and when i phoned them the lad on the phone was rude and told me he wasnt going to anything. About it!!!

First taxi was brilliant.
Prompt, clean and good craic from the driver.

Return service appalling.
Some how the person taking the details of the return journey managed to completely screw up the request. Because of this the driver who eventually turned up 30 minutes later than originally advised refused to take us home because the details were wrong. After speaking the telephone handler all the details were right but the driver still refused to accept the fare .

Pretty poor service to be fair and they are getting 1 star for the initial journey
