SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I had a terrible experience with Istanbul Travel.
The customer service was awful. The staff didn't want to help, never picked up the calls, and refused to refund the money. They still haven’t taken any responsibility or offered a resolution. This was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. I strongly advise against using their services. All they did was stole my money..... they are thiefs.. DO NOT BUY ANY FLIGHT TICKETS FROM THEM... 😡😡😡😡😡

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I booked my tickets through Istanbul Travel and my flights got cancelled and I was due a refund of £250/£300. I went to the store and the representative said that they will claim back the funds as they are ATOL protected. They said they sent an email and they are waiting for a response but she reassured me that we will get our money back. It’s been over 2.5 years and each time I get in contact with them via whatsapp or in store no one helps. I know a couple people that were in the same situation and they were able to claim back their funds however this was not the case with us. I certainly do not believe they are ATOL protected and they did not send me or show me any proof that they emailed the airline company. They do not respond to my messages and have very poor customer service. I asked them to send me the details of the flights so I can get in contact with the airline company myself but they didn’t even provide that. Please avoid at all costs as they are very unprofessional and useless.

Müşteri hizmetleri berbattı. Personel yardımcı olmak istemedi, asla aramaları açmadı ve parayı iade etmeyi reddetti. Hala hiçbir sorumluluk almadılar veya bir çözüm sunmadılar. Bu inanılmaz derecede stresli ve hayal kırıklığı yaratan bir deneyimdi. Hizmetlerini kullanmamanızı şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Tek yaptıkları paramı çalmaktı... onlar hırsız... ONLARDAN HİÇBİR UÇAK BİLETİ ALMAYIN...

Buradan almış olduğum uçuşu benimle teyit bile etmeden değiştirdiler. Para iadesi istediğimde de biz size voucher verelim dediler. Kabul ettik ve neredeyse iki yıldır defalarca kullanmak istememize rağmen kullanmamıza izin vermediler. Şimdide maillerimize ve telefonlarımıza cevap vermiyorlar.
