I’ve been a passenger on Omar’s buses before with other friends. So I knew he offered a great service. This time I booked myself for a friends birthday night out. We went from Ongar to London, we arrived on time despite lots of traffic. Omar couldn’t be more helpful & just overall lovely. The bus was clean & modern. We were able to charge our phones, play our music. I couldn’t recommend Omar enough & I will use him for any journey that I need in the future. 10/10 service

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish!

I recently used All Aboard Transport for a family trip, and I can’t even begin to express how impressed I was with the entire experience. From the moment I reached out for a quote to the last goodbye from our driver, everything was seamless and stress-free.

First of all, customer service is top-notch. When I called in to get more information and a price, the person on the other end of the phone was super friendly, patient, and really knew their stuff. I had a bunch of questions (probably more than I should have!), but they answered each one thoroughly and never once made me feel like I was being a bother. You can tell they take pride in their business and genuinely want to provide the best service possible.

The booking process was a breeze. I’ve dealt with some other transport companies in the past where you feel like you’re jumping through hoops just to secure your reservation, but not with All Aboard! I filled out a simple form online and within a couple of hours, I had a clear, detailed quote in my inbox. No hidden fees, no extra charges tacked on at the last second — everything was upfront and exactly what I expected, which is such a relief. These days, that kind of transparency is hard to come by.

Now onto the actual transport experience, which was just phenomenal. We had a large group of family members (about 15 of us), and coordinating something like this is usually a headache. But not with these guys! The day of the trip, our driver showed up exactly on time (actually a few minutes early, which was a nice surprise). He was super professional but also really friendly and personable, which made the whole trip so much more enjoyable. It didn’t feel like just a transactional thing; you could tell he genuinely cared that we were comfortable and having a good time.

The vehicle itself was spotless. I mean seriously, you could eat off the floor in there! The seats were comfy, there was plenty of room for everyone (and our luggage), and it had all the amenities you could want — great AC, charging ports, and even Wi-Fi. The ride was smooth, and we all felt totally safe the entire time. I’ve been on some transport services where you’re gripping the seat for dear life, but our driver handled everything with such ease. You can tell he was an experienced pro.

One of the things that really stood out to me was how flexible they were. Our schedule changed a bit last minute, and they didn’t bat an eye. They accommodated us without any hassle or extra fees, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I really appreciated that level of flexibility and understanding. It’s those little touches that make all the difference!

I also have to mention how affordable it was. For the level of service, comfort, and professionalism we got, I was shocked at how reasonable the price was. I’ve paid way more in the past for less-than-stellar service, so this felt like an incredible value for what we got. Worth every penny and then some.

Overall, I can’t recommend All Aboard Transport enough. Whether you’re traveling for a family reunion like we were, or just need reliable transport for any occasion, these guys should be your go-to. They made what could’ve been a stressful logistical nightmare into an easy, enjoyable experience, and I will 100% be using them again in the future.
